Cryptocurrency exchange: four routes
Swap USDT, rubles or cash dollars for euros, buy USDT with cash — for each route, the bot will show you the rate before you send an order.

USDT to euros
First convert any other coin to USDT: it's the only cryptocurrency we take. TRC20, ERC20, BEP20 and TON are the networks we accept. We pay out the euros in cash, send them to an account by transfer, pay them into your account at a Spanish bank through an ATM, or use them to settle your invoice.

Rubles to euros
Rubles can be paid in cash when you meet or sent by transfer from a Russian bank. The payment details come in the confirmed order, and the transfer has to be made before the euros are paid out. Crypto isn't needed here, and rubles can also cover a euro invoice — tuition, for example.

Cash dollars to euros
You hand the cash dollars to the manager and get the euros in cash, or the manager pays them into your Spanish account through an ATM. You create the order the same way you would for USDT.

Cash euros to USDT
With cash euros, you can also buy USDT. You hand the money to the manager when you meet, and the coins go to the wallet in your order, on the network you picked.
Four steps to exchange crypto
The bot calculates the rate, the operator checks the order, and the manager sets the meeting and brings the cash. You only send money for a confirmed order, once the terms are known.

You see the rate at once
In the bot, you choose what you give and what you want to get, plus the amount and the city. Straight away, you see the rate and how much you'll receive.

The rate is locked in your order
When you send the order, the rate in it is locked, and it doesn't change after that. The details for your transfer arrive in the order once the operator has confirmed it.

USDT: now or at the meeting
It's up to you when to send the USDT: you set it in the order. It can come from an exchange account or a personal wallet. If you use a personal wallet, keep a bit of the network's native coin there to pay the fee: TRX for TRC20. A large amount can only be sent in advance.

Euros: in person or to an account
You pick a time window in your order, and the manager confirms the place and time of the meeting shortly before it begins. You can get the cash on the same day you send the order. Transfers and ATM deposits are credited to the account given in your order.
Checking the rate in the bot doesn't commit you to anything: the order goes out only if you send it.

One bot for rates, orders and support
Open the Telegram bot- Lookalike bots turn up in Telegram search, but the button opens the genuine one: after the first launch, it will be saved in your chats.
- Confirmation, payment details, the meeting place and the "on my way" note from the manager arrive only in the bot. If someone messages you privately about an order, it's not us.
- The bot's support settles disputes over an order; they aren't handled in private chats.
- When a dispute drags on, you can press "Написать руководителю" (Write to the supervisor) in the support section.
Where to cash out crypto in Spain
The manager will hand you the cash euros at a meeting in your city, in a busy place outdoors, usually next to the manager's car. Managers don't enter apartments or other buildings, and the exchange doesn't take place in an office. Once the order is confirmed, the manager sets where and when you meet.
Below are the pages for the cities where we pay out cash, and the bot shows the current list when you choose a city. In Madrid and Barcelona, you can get cash only with prepayment. A transfer to an account works in any city in Spain — no meeting required.
Special cases
The bot will answer any of these questions before you even place an order: it calculates the terms from your amount, route and city.
- A small amount? The bot gives you the minimum before you send the order: it's different for every city and payout method.
- Your city isn't on the list? The euros can come by transfer to your account in any city in Spain, and you can ask in the bot about cash where you are.
- We'll pay your euro invoice, and you settle up in USDT or rubles. Tuition, rent, a purchase — it can be for anything.
- For a transfer to an account, the bot quotes a separate rate for each system.

Frequently asked questions
How do I cash out crypto in Spain?
Through USDT. In the official Vega Exchange Telegram bot, you choose what you give, how to get the euros and in which city, and the rate appears at once. When the operator has confirmed the order, the manager will bring the cash to the agreed place, and you'll send the USDT beforehand or in their presence. You won't need a meeting if the euros are going to an account.
Why can you trust our crypto exchange?
We've been in business since 2022 and pay out cash euros in 17+ cities across Spain. The rate is locked in the order, you transfer only to the details in a confirmed order, and USDT can also be handed over in the manager's presence. Is there a fee, and what does the rate depend on?
There's no separate fee: our margin is part of the rate. The bot calculates your order's rate. It depends on the amount (the larger the exchange, the better the rate), the payout method, when you send the USDT, the payout day and your loyalty rating. The sender pays the network fee for a USDT transfer. There are no figures on the site because they keep changing.
Can I send the USDT with the manager present?
Yes, as long as the amount isn't large: the bot asks in the order whether you'll send the USDT now or at the meeting. A large amount has to be sent in advance, and the bot warns you about this before you send the order. Transfers from an exchange account and from a personal wallet both work. In a personal wallet, hold a small amount of the network's native coin to cover the fee, such as TRX for TRC20.
What's the minimum exchange amount?
There's no single figure: the minimum depends on your city, your route and the payout method. It appears in the bot once you have picked a route, before your order goes out.
Which day is cash paid out?
Cash is paid out either the same day as your order or a day later, and each option has its own rate. You pick the time yourself, and the manager confirms the meeting place not long before it takes place. When the money reaches an account depends on the transfer system; the bot will give you the timing for your order.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, but each cancellation lowers your loyalty rating — and the bot calculates your rate from it. If your rating falls to zero, access to the exchange is closed, so send the order when you're sure of the amount and the time.
Can I have the euros sent to a bank account?
Yes, and you don't need to meet anyone for that. SEPA, SEPA Instant, Revolut, Wise and Paysera are available, each with its own rate. The manager can also deposit cash euros into your account at a BBVA, Santander, Sabadell or CaixaBank ATM. A transfer to an account works in any city in Spain.
What if my city isn't on the list?
Choose a transfer to an account: it works all over Spain and needs no meeting. When you choose a city, the bot shows where cash is paid out right now; if your city isn't there, write to the operator: they will check whether cash can be paid out where you are.
How do I get cash in Madrid or Barcelona?
Only with prepayment: first you pay to the details in the confirmed order, and then you get the euros. These cities have their own minimum amount, and the bot will show it before you send the order.
Which USDT networks are accepted?
Four networks: TRC20, ERC20, BEP20 and TON. You choose the network when you create the order, and the bot sends the address for the transfer after confirmation. Send USDT only on the network you chose: on another one, the coins may be lost.
What crypto do you accept apart from USDT?
Of all cryptocurrencies, our crypto exchange accepts only USDT. If you want to sell another crypto, such as bitcoin or ether, swap it into USDT first, in a wallet or in an exchange account, and create the order afterwards. Besides crypto, we accept rubles, cash dollars and euros.
Can I buy crypto with cash?
Yes, but only USDT. In the bot, choose cash euros as what you give and USDT as what you receive, pick the network and enter your wallet address: the bot shows the rate and the USDT amount before you send the order.
Which banks can I transfer rubles from?
Any bank in Russia is fine. In the order form you'll find Sber, T-Bank, Raiffeisen and SBP; for any other bank, choose "Другой банк" (Other bank). The details for the transfer arrive in the order once the operator confirms it.
Do I need documents for the exchange?
You may need them: Vega Exchange is entitled to request an ID and information on who sends the transfer. Without ID, the exchange goes ahead only with full prepayment.
The manager didn't come or the money didn't arrive: what should I do?
Write to support in the bot, under "Связаться с оператором" (Contact the operator): an operator will handle your order. If the issue isn't resolved, use the support button "Написать руководителю" (Write to the supervisor). Save the hash of the USDT transfer (TxID) or the receipt for your ruble transfer: they'll be needed for the review.
