The bot recalculates the rate for each order based on four conditions. It floats during the day and gets fixed at the moment the order is sent. The margin is part of the rate; there's no separate fee.

Do I need cryptocurrency to exchange rubles for euros?
No: rubles are exchanged for euros directly, with no USDT in between. You'll need a crypto wallet only if you want to get USDT instead of euros.
Do you exchange cash rubles?
Yes, we do: that option is in the order form, and you see its rate before sending. The manager takes the banknotes from you when you meet.
When will I get the euros after transferring rubles?
Cash is handed over the day you place the order or the day after, whichever you choose in it, and that choice affects the rate. The timing of a transfer to an account or an invoice payment is set by the banking system, and the bot shows it in advance for your order.
What minimum applies to a ruble exchange?

How do I transfer a large amount of rubles?
