How an exchange works in Spain
Everything from the rate calculation to the euro payout happens in the official Telegram bot. You pay only against an order the operator has confirmed, and you get the money in cash or to an account.
What to prepare in advance
For USDT, you need a wallet or an exchange account that supports TRC20, ERC20, BEP20 or TON. Withdraw the coins on the same network as stated in the order, or they can be lost.
Leave some of the network's native coin in a personal wallet to cover the fee — TRX for TRC20, for example. Rubles call for a card from a Russian bank, a euro transfer needs your account details, and an ATM deposit needs an account at BBVA, Santander, Sabadell or CaixaBank. We suggest making your first exchange a small one.
The order in the bot, step by step
Until step seven you pay nothing: a payment can only be made for an order confirmed by the operator.

The "Заявка" (Order) button
Open the bot with the button on the site: the exchange starts there with the "Заявка" (Order) button.

What you give and what you get
Choose the currency and how you want to get the euros. For USDT, the bot will ask for the network; for a ruble transfer, the sender's bank.

City and time
The payout city in Spain is required: without it, the rate isn't calculated. If you need a meeting, choose the payout day and a time window; in Madrid and Barcelona, payment can only be "Сейчас" (Now).

The rate shows before you send
Amount entered — the rate is already on the screen, though the order hasn't gone out yet. For USDT, the form will ask "Перевод сейчас или при встрече?" (Transfer now or during the meeting?). If the rate isn't right for you, turn on an alert, and the bot will message you when the rate reaches your figure.

Sending locks the rate
Once the order is sent, its rate no longer changes. You can cancel the order, but the cancellation will lower your loyalty rating, and the rating affects the rate of your future exchanges.

The operator's check
Any questions about the order will come from the operator via "Связаться с оператором" (Contact the operator). Once the order is confirmed, it shows the payment details or the transfer address.

Payment against the confirmed order
Send money only where the confirmed order tells you to. USDT is sent either right away or with the manager present — as chosen in the form; a large amount is accepted only in advance. A ruble transfer arrives before the euros are paid out, and you hand cash rubles to the manager. Keep the transaction hash (TxID) or the receipt: you'll need them if something goes wrong.

Meeting or credit to your account
You send the meeting point to the bot as a Google Maps link; shortly before the meeting, the manager confirms that spot. The euros are handed over outdoors, in a busy place, by the manager's car. A transfer to an account, an invoice payment or an ATM deposit needs no meeting.
Checking the rate in the bot doesn't commit you to anything: the order goes out only if you send it.

For any order, the operator replies through "Связаться с оператором" (Contact the operator): write there if something changes, a transfer is late or the manager didn't come. A canceled order and a no-show both count against your loyalty rating, so give notice of changes in advance. A dispute the operator couldn't settle is reviewed after you press "Написать руководителю" (Write to the supervisor). The USDT transfer hash or the ruble transfer receipt will come in handy then.

Frequently asked questions
When do I have to send USDT in advance?
For a large amount, and in Madrid and Barcelona. Above a certain threshold, paying at the meeting isn't available, and the form warns you about it before the order goes out.
Will I be asked for documents?
At times, the operator asks for proof of identity and for details of whoever is transferring the money. Without ID, the exchange only goes ahead with full prepayment.
When should I create the order?
The sooner you create it, the more easily the manager can make it in the time window you chose.
What if I don't turn up for the meeting?
Tell the operator ahead of time, using "Связаться с оператором" (Contact the operator). A no-show without warning will hit your loyalty rating, and if the rating drops to zero, you lose access to exchanges.
