We've been in business since 2022, and today you can get cash euros from us in 17+ Spanish cities. The rate is known before you send an order and stays fixed in it. Whatever you send, send it only to the details in a confirmed order. For a first exchange, our own advice is to start small.

The exchange goes through Vega Exchange. In the official Vega Exchange Telegram bot you see the rate, create an order, get the payment details and write to support, while the manager delivers cash euros. For more about us, see "About us".

Open the bot via the site's button, not through search: Telegram has accounts with similar names. Confirmations, payment details, the manager's "on my way" and the meeting place come only to the bot. If someone writes to you privately about an order or sends details outside the bot, that's not us.

In Torrevieja, Alicante, Benidorm, Valencia and other cities in Spain, the exchange doesn't take place in an office: managers meet you outdoors and don't enter buildings. In Madrid and Barcelona, the cash pickup point comes to the bot once the order is paid.

The operator. In the bot's section "Связаться с оператором" (Contact the operator), they see your order and sort out the issue. If that fails, support has one more button: "Написать руководителю" (Write to the supervisor).

Possibly: Vega Exchange is entitled to ask for an identity document and for information on whoever sends the money. Without a document, full prepayment is the only option.

We accept USDT on the TRC20, ERC20, BEP20 and TON networks. You set the network in the order form, and you must send strictly on that network: coins sent on another network usually can't be recovered. Withdrawing from an exchange account? Check the network as you withdraw.

The sender does. From a personal wallet, the fee is debited in the network's native coin — TRX for TRC20 transfers, ETH for ERC20, BNB for BEP20, TON for TON. Keep some of that coin on hand in the wallet: without it, the transfer won't go through.

Your choice: the form asks exactly that, "Перевод сейчас или при встрече?" (Send now or at the meeting?). For large amounts, and in Madrid and Barcelona, you can only send in advance. The transfer address comes only in a confirmed order.

Yes: an exchange account and a personal wallet are both fine.

No: of all cryptocurrencies, we take only USDT. First swap bitcoin, ether or another coin for USDT on an exchange account, then create the order in USDT.

Yes. At the meeting, the manager takes your cash euros, and the USDT goes to the wallet and network named in your order. For details, see the page on exchanging USDT for euros.

The bot's order form shows it for your amount, city and payout method before you send anything. Check it any number of times — it isn't an order yet. A sent order locks the rate, so it's the same at the meeting. The full procedure is under "How an exchange works".

Five things: the amount, the way you get paid, the payout day, the moment of payment and your loyalty rating. The rule on amounts: the larger the exchange, the better the rate. Also, a next-day payout or paying in advance sometimes shifts it in your favor.

Not as a separate item — the markup is built into the rate. The cash rate also includes delivery and the banknote check, so it differs from the bank transfer rate. The sender pays the network charge for sending USDT.

No: the bot calculates a separate rate for SEPA, SEPA Instant, Revolut, Wise and Paysera. There's no permanent winner — today one system comes out ahead, tomorrow another. You can compare them in the bot before you send the order.

Yes: set the value you need in the bot and turn on an alert. A message comes as soon as the rate reaches it.

The higher your loyalty rating, the better the rate. Every completed order raises it, while a cancellation or a missed meeting lowers it. If it drops to zero, you lose access to exchanges.

Send the rubles from any Russian bank card (SBP works too) to the details in the confirmed order; they must arrive before the euros are paid out. We accept cash rubles too: you hand them to the manager at the meeting. Keep the receipt: it helps the operator trace a delayed payment. Yes, it happens — for example, when parents in Russia pay for studies in Spain. The operator is entitled to ask for the sender's details.

Two ways, both available in any city in Spain. First, a transfer via SEPA, SEPA Instant, Revolut, Wise or Paysera to the account linked to your card. Second, a cash deposit through a BBVA, Santander, Sabadell or CaixaBank ATM, prepaid in full. Wise and Revolut cards are topped up by transfer only. Yes. We pay a euro invoice straight to the recipient, and you settle in USDT or rubles. It can be for anything, from tuition and housing to an EU purchase. That's how families with money in rubles pay a Spanish university, for example.

Yes, but only at a meeting: you give the manager dollars in cash and get cash euros or a deposit to your Spanish account through an ATM.

There's no one figure: each city and payout method has its own minimum. The bot names it once you pick a route and a city, before the order is sent. Need less than the cash minimum in your city? An ATM deposit to your account solves that.

We exchange large sums too, in several steps. Anything above a single order's limit is split across several orders. We accept large USDT sums only in advance, and rubles are sent in several transfers, each with its own payment details.

We hand over cash on the order day or the next one, whichever you choose when ordering. The earlier the order goes out, the easier it is to fit the time you need. If it's urgent, message the operator right away: they'll say whether the manager can make it today.

SEPA Instant arrives in seconds. For the other methods, timing depends on the system and your bank, and the bot gives it for your specific order.

In 17+ cities in Spain, most of them on the Costa Blanca and in Valencia with its neighboring towns, plus Madrid and Barcelona. The bot shows the current list at the city selection step.

Choose a bank transfer or an ATM deposit: that way the euros go to your account, wherever in Spain you are. If it must be cash, ask the operator in the bot — they'll say whether a payout in your city is possible.

Prepayment only: for these cities the bot sets the payment to "Сейчас" (Now) itself. The routes here are the same as in other cities. Once you've paid, the payout time is agreed with you, and the address and pickup instructions come to the bot. Barcelona has no delivery, so it's worth ordering early there: by evening, fewer addresses and slots are free.

In your order's city. You pick the time when ordering and share the meeting spot with the bot via a Google Maps link, so the manager finds it without any mix-up. Shortly before you meet, the manager will confirm the place and time.

The manager waits outdoors in a crowded place, usually next to their car. You hand over cash or send the coins and get what the order says right away. The banknotes are counted beforehand and checked on banking equipment.

Tell the operator as early as possible in "Связаться с оператором" (Contact the operator). You can cancel, but a cancellation lowers your loyalty rating, just like a no-show.
