What this site does with your data

There's no sign-up, no comments and no personal accounts here. The site doesn't ask for a name or phone number, documents, card numbers, bank details or wallet keys. It doesn't accept crypto either.

The "Exchange currency" form doesn't send anything: the route and city you select remain in your browser and are stored nowhere.

A web analytics system runs on the site and keeps cookies in your browser. It counts visits: which pages people opened, how long they stayed and where they came from. It can also see the device and browser, screen size, language, a rough region from the IP address, and clicks and the links people follow, including the bot button.

These statistics show which pages give readers their answers and which need more detail. The analytics provider processes the data and sets the retention periods; its servers may also be located outside the EU. The site uses no other cookies.

If you don't want the analytics to recognize your browser, switch off this site's cookies in the browser settings. Tracker blockers and tracking protection modes usually stop the collection altogether, and the pages work just the same.

The site's buttons open Telegram without passing any of your data to it: the link contains only the site's tag, by which the service sees where you came from.

Vega Exchange and Telegram process whatever you enter in the bot — order, contacts, payment details, documents — each according to its own rules and privacy policy. The bot's support can tell you how to delete data from it. The site doesn't receive this data.

A hosting provider delivers the site's pages. Like any web server, the provider's server records the IP address, browser data, the time of the request and the page address. These logs exist so that pages get delivered and the site stays protected from attacks. They serve no other purpose, and how long they're kept is up to the provider.

To get a copy of your data, have it corrected or erased, or object to its processing, write to [email protected]. We'll reply and keep the correspondence only as long as it takes to reply.

If the reply doesn't satisfy you, you're entitled to complain to the AEPD — Spain's data protection agency.
