Calculation right in the form
Pick how you'll receive the euros and where, then type in the amount and a meeting time. The rate and your payout amount show up at once, and you can get cash on the same day you place the order.

Sending the order locks the rate
The rate is fixed at the moment of sending. The operator reviews the order and follows up on details where needed. Closer to the meeting, the manager will send you a confirmation of the place and time in the bot.

USDT: now or at the meeting
You choose in the order when you'll send the USDT, and the transfer address comes from the bot after the order is confirmed. Sending from an exchange account works, and so does a personal wallet. A personal wallet should hold some of the network's native coin to pay the fee: TRX for TRC20, ETH for ERC20, BNB for BEP20. If the amount is large, the bot will ask you right away to send it in advance.

Cash or a transfer
The manager hands over the euros outdoors, in a busy place, usually next to their car; managers don't go into apartments or buildings. Euros sent by transfer or deposited at an ATM are credited to the account in the order.
Checking the rate in the bot doesn't commit you to anything: the order goes out only if you send it.

The bot runs your order from rate to payout
Open the Telegram bot- Ask the operator about your order: the bot has a "Связаться с оператором" (Contact the operator) section for that.
- If a dispute drags on, there's a "Написать руководителю" (Write to the supervisor) button in support.
- The USDT address and everything else about your order arrive only in the bot.

What goes into the USDT/EUR rate
The bot works out the rate for each order from five conditions. The rate changes during the day; the form always shows the current rate, and sending the order locks it. There's no separate fee: the margin is already included in the rate. Sending USDT ahead of time can move the rate in your favor, and so can taking the euros the next day.

Four ways to get euros for USDT
Exchanging USDT for cash is only one of four ways: you choose in the order form, and the bot calculates the amount for each one separately.

Cash at a meeting
In 17+ cities in Spain, we pay out cash euros for USDT. The manager brings them to the point you sent to the bot, and confirms the place and time shortly before the meeting. In Madrid and Barcelona, cash is paid out only against prepayment.

The euros go to your account via SEPA, SEPA Instant, Revolut, Wise or Paysera, and the rate is calculated separately for each system. You send the USDT against the confirmed order.

By ATM deposit
The manager puts cash euros into your Santander, CaixaBank, BBVA or Sabadell account. For this method, the USDT is sent in advance, in full.

By paying an invoice
We'll pay a euro invoice directly to the recipient, and you settle it with USDT. It can be a bill for housing, tuition, a purchase in the EU or anything else.
How to buy USDT with cash euros
Buying USDT with cash works the same way. You give the manager the euros when you meet, and the coins arrive in the wallet from your order.
You choose the network when filling out the order (TRC20, ERC20, BEP20 or TON) and enter the wallet address there too. USDT can also be bought for rubles, in the same bot.
Frequently asked questions
Can I check the USDT/EUR rate without exchanging?
Yes: the form shows the rate and the euro amount before you send anything, and seeing them doesn't bind you. Don't like the rate yet? Set an alert in the bot, and a message will come when the rate reaches the value you need. Once an order is sent, it's worth seeing it through: canceling lowers your loyalty rating.
What's the fee for a USDT exchange?
There's no separate fee; the margin is already in the rate. Network charges for a USDT transfer are paid by the sender. From a personal wallet, they come out in the network's native coin, so keep a little of that coin in the wallet.
What's the minimum for a USDT exchange?
There's no single minimum. For cash, each city has its own, and for a transfer to an account or an ATM deposit, each method has its own. The bot shows it in the form before the order goes out.
When can I get cash for USDT?
The same day as the order or the following day — it's up to you, and the rate differs between the two. It's worth sending an order for a meeting early. How long a transfer to an account takes depends on the system, and the bot will tell you the timing for your order.
Can I send USDT straight from an exchange account?
Yes, both in advance and once the manager has arrived. Withdraw to the address from the confirmed order, on the network stated in the order: coins sent on a different network can be lost.
Do you exchange large amounts of USDT too?
Yes, but you can't hand a large amount over at the meeting: above a threshold, the bot only offers the advance transfer and says so right in the form. If the amount exceeds the limit for one transaction, it's split into several orders.
Do I need documents to sell USDT for cash?
Sometimes, yes. The operator has the right to request a passport or other ID, along with the USDT sender's details. Without ID, we accept USDT only if it's fully prepaid before the meeting.
How can I tell it's the real manager writing?
The real manager writes only in the bot: that's where the confirmation, the USDT address and the manager's message before heading out arrive. If you get private messages, especially when you have no order, it's not us: don't reply and don't send anything.
